Holm oak

The Holm Oak is an evergreen tree typical of the Mediterranean, reaching up to 25 meters in height. Its leathery, dark green leaves and smooth grey bark in young trees, which becomes rough with age, make it distinctive. It is often used to create hedges or as an ornamental tree, thanks to its resistance to harsh conditions such as drought and poor soils.
