Wine is a wonderful beverage, but it must be approached with moderation. When you drink use your head and love your life. www.wineinmoderation.eu

“At either side there are the porches, whose extremities house two dovecots, and beneath are spaces to make the wines, …and the other spaces are for the use of the Villa”
This is how Andrea Palladio described the layout of the Villa in 1570 in the book "I Quattro Libri dell'Architettura". Since then, the fruits of the vine have played a central part in the life of the villa and are a source of joy and pride for the owners.

The villa is situated in the heart of the Montello e Colli Asolani D.O.C. wine region which includes the hills to the south of the Dolomites, to the west of the Piave river in the province of Treviso, in northern Veneto. Today the grapes for the ancient winery are grown in accordance with strict regulations governing eco-compatible agriculture across the 30 hectares of carefully selected vineyards at the heart of the 230 hectare estate that surrounds the villa.
The vineyards are cultivated with high density techniques in order to obtain a very low yield per plant. Particular care is taken in ensuring the ideal proportion of 1.2 square meters of green surface per kilogram of grape produced.
The traditional varieties of Prosecco, Verduzzo, Manzoni Bianco, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet are hand picked and then processed with the utmost attention under the direction of Dr.Donato Lanati, researcher and teacher at the University of Turin, to provide elegant wines that express the personality of the highly vocated terroir of northern Veneto.
